The Letting offers are various:

- Lettings for long let (5 years) with official contract (L.A.U.) , or/and with Letting – Guarantee on request.

-Lettings for a period of 9/10 months (September until June) specially for students and teachers.

-Letting during the winter months of sunny apartments for special Winter-month prices, paying extra for the Use of Electricity, Gas and Water.

- Lettings for holidays  per week in Apartments, Attached bungalows or Villas, with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms, on the sea front or far from beach but with swimming-pool.
